$8 Flat rate shipping on orders up to $99.99
FREE USPS ground advantage (3-5 business days) on orders over $100.
UPS 2-Day, and Overnight Shipping are also available and priced at checkout based on your shipping address.
During the checkout process, you will be able to select the shipping method that best suits your needs.
Orders placed Mon-Fri will ship out on the next business day. Please note, we are closed Saturday and Sunday. Orders placed on Friday, will be released to our warehouse on Monday, for fulfillment on Tuesday, or the next business day if Monday is a US holiday.
Unfortunately, free shipping and returns does not apply to APO addresses.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges. If you find that you would like to make an exchange, please return the original item for a refund through our Returns Portal and place a new order for the replacement item.
Returns
If you would like to return an item, you have 30 days to login to go to our Returns Portal to retrieve your returns label.
Items for return cannot be worn, washed or damaged, have smoke, perfume or other odors present, and must be in original/sellable condition with the tags attached, or they will not qualify for a refund. In these cases, the item(s) will be returned to you.
Returns are processed within 3-5 business days of receipt by our warehouse. If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment. Depending on the policies of you bank or credit card, please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to post.
To ensure efficient and accurate processing of your return and refund, items for return must be processed under the shipping label associated to the original order. If you are returning items from multiple orders, each item must be processed under its original order number and shipped using each of the return labels issued. Please do not combine items from multiple orders under one return label, as it will slow your return and the issuing of your refund.
Once 30 days has passed, unfortunately items are no longer eligible for return or refund.
